STAGE SET FOR FILING FIR IN JAGAN CASE
Hyderabad, Aug. 17 (NSS): The CBI has reportedly prepared and fine tuned the FIR in the case pertaining to the illegal properties of the Kadapa MP and YSR Congress chief Mr. Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, here on Wednesday.
CBI chief Mr. Lakshmi Narayana has called local officers and also officers of Visakhapatnam, Karnataka and Tamilnadu and is believed to have done an exclusive exercise in preparing the FIR on Wednesday. It is being said that the exercise was to ensure that the FIR was unassailable. It is also learnt that the FIR would be submitted to the High Court later in the day.
According to information, the CBI is likely to conduct simultaneous raids on Mr. Jagan’s properties in Karnataka and Tamilnadu. It is learnt that special teams have been formed to conduct these raids. The CBI boss has held a review meeting at the Dil Kush Guest House in the city and had planned the strategy, say reports. (NSS)
