16 PRP MLAS, ONE MP JOIN CONGRESS
Hyderabad, Aug.22 (NSS): Sixteen Praja Rajyam party MLAs today took Congress membership on the occasion of the PRP merger with the ruling party at Gandhi Bhavan in presence of the Chief Minister, Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy, and the PCC Chief, Mr Botcha Satyanarayana. They are: Mr Bandaru Satyanandarao, Mr Ganta Srinivas, Ms Vanga Geetha, Mr Yalamanchili Ravi, Mr Eravathri Anil, Mr Maheshwar Reddy, Mr M Srinivas Rao, Mr Ch Venkatramaiah, Mr P Ramesh, Mr K Kannababu, Mr Gandhi Mohan, Mr E Nani, Mr V. Srinivas, Mr A Rambabu, Mr Sridhara Krishna Reddy, Mr Katasani Ramreddy. The Rajya Sabha member, Mr C. Ramachandraiah, the senior leaders, Mr Kotagiri Vidhyadhar Rao, Mr Buragadda Vedavyas, Mr Kothapally Subbaraidu, Mr Allu Aravind, Mr K Nagababu, Mr D T Naik, Mr T Manohar, Mr T Chandrashekar, Mr KVCh Mohan Rao, Mr Kanaka Rao Madiga, Mr George, Mr B Srinivas, Mr Umamaheshwar, Mr A M Radhakrishna, Dr Kamineni Srinivas, Mr J Gowtham, Ms M Geetha, Mr Feroz Khan and others also taken membership of the Congress party officially. The remaining leaders have taken membership of the Congress in the presence of Mr Botcha Satyanarayana and Mr Chiranjeevi in the evening. (NSS)
