The CPI leader also alleged that the negligence of the government has lead to death 11 children
in the Kurnool General Hospital since the last two days. Though the former chief minister, Mr K.
Rosaiah, and his successor, Mr N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, had assured to release Rs 20 crores and fill
vacant posts in the hospitals, the State government failed to fulfill its promises so far, he added. He

for providing adequate facilities in the Kurnool General Hospital. While the State government was
adopting step-motherly attitude towards the government hospitals, it was encouraging corporate
hospitals in the State.
